The system consists of an electronic temperature control system that maintains the temperature gradient (5°C/min) according to standard. Two laser sensors automatically detect when the balls fall and determine the exact softening point without manual observation.
A magnetic stirrer with electronic speed adjustment from 0 to 160 rpm ensures uniform temperature distribution in the vessel throughout the test. Real-time visualization of temperature (°C) and time (sec) enables continuous monitoring of the test progress.
The graphical touchscreen interface enables simple setting of test parameters and immediate test start. High-resolution color screen (1/4 VGA) offers complete functionality for data handling, analysis of test results, and graphical presentation.
