The Infratest Laboratory Mixer is equipped with a removable stainless steel mixing bowl and interchangeable mixing tool for flexible use. The mixing bowl is electrically driven and can move between mixing and discharge modes for easy material handling.
The system is equipped with torque measurement of the mixing tool via load cell, enabling precise monitoring of mixing forces. A touchscreen display provides viewing and adjustment of all mixing parameters including duration, temperature, and speed. The machine also features an interval mixing function for the heating process, which optimizes energy consumption.
Temperatures are measured both on the asphalt’s surface and on the mixing bowl to ensure precise temperature control throughout the mixing process.
