Standard: EN 1542, EN 1015-12, EN 12004-2, EN 13687-2, EN 13963, 14496

The pull-off tester measures the adhesion and tensile strength of, for example, a concrete structure or various layers of materials such as mortar, plaster, etc.

It is an indispensable tool for diagnosing possible damage to building structures and for checking objects after renovation. It is well suited when the bond strength between two layers is an essential factor.

The pull-off tester checks the surface strength directly on the object without having to pour anything into the structure.

Manufacturer: Proceq

The DY tensile testers from Proceq are automatic and easy to use.

It has long been known that the operator’s handling can affect the result through the difficulty of maintaining a constant speed. DY has an integrated automated motor, which removes this uncertainty. The test is fully automatic and a constant load rate can be maintained.

Pull-Off tester DY-206 (measuring range 0.6-6kN)

For pulling lower forces.

Pull-Off tester DY-216 (measuring range 1.6-16kN)

Automated pull-off tester with a mid-range instrument suitable for most pull-off test applications

Pull-Off tester DY-225 (measuring range 2.5-25kN) (image 1 and product sheet 1)

Automatic pull-off tester ideal for very high strength applications

Manufacturer: Matest

This pull-off tester measures the adhesion force and tensile strength of two layers of material (concrete, surface plaster, mortar, building plaster, lime, etc.). The pulling is done via a hand crank.
