Prism molds

Prism mold – E102 (3‑compartment)

Prism mold with 3 compartments for 40.1×40×160 mm prisms. The mold is made of steel with a hardness of the inner walls above HV 200, ensuring that the dimensional tolerances according to EN 196‑1 are met. All surfaces are polished and all parts are marked with an identification number for correct assembly.

Prism mold – E103 (3‑compartment)

Identical in shape to model E102, but made of heavy‑duty steel with a hardness of the inner walls above HV 500 (EN 196‑1 specifications recommend hardness HV 400). This high hardness value keeps the mold within the tolerances required by the specification over many tests, which gives a very long service life.
