The Marshall compactor is designed for compaction of bituminous mixtures according to international standards. The system is equipped with a wooden anvil and motorized lifting that ensures repeatable and precise compaction with preset drop height and predefined number of blows.

Description

The Marshall compactor consists of a base frame equipped with a steel mould to be filled with concrete on-site for stability and long-term durability. The wooden anvil with base plate ensures optimal transfer of compaction force to the sample.

The motorized lifting unit with chain provides controlled and precise control of the desired drop height. A counter mechanism automatically stops the motor after the preset number of blows has been reached, eliminating operator dependence and ensuring consistent testing.

The system is easy to use and requires minimal maintenance, making it suitable for routine quality control and laboratory testing.
