The rolling bottle table tests the adhesion between aggregate and bitumen by measuring the degree of bitumen coverage on aggregate particles. The apparatus simulates real weather conditions through mechanical agitation in the presence of water, making it possible to visually evaluate adhesion resistance.

Description

The rolling bottle table enables testing of up to 3 bottles simultaneously, making it efficient for parallel testing. The rotation speed is adjustable from 0 to 85 rpm for flexible adaptation to different test protocols.

The apparatus is supplied complete with a timer interval of 0–99 hours to fully carry out the test cycle according to standard. The robust construction ensures stable and repeatable rotation throughout the entire test period.
