PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Smartracker is designed to allow testing under various environmental conditions and standard requirements. The machine can perform tests in both air and underwater (wet conditions), enabling simulation of both dry and wet roads.
One of Smartracker’s most outstanding features is its dual-wheel design that enables simultaneous and varied test conditions. You can perform both wet and air tests with both wheels, or run one wheel in air and one wheel in water during a single test. This offers unprecedented flexibility for comparative testing and realistic simulation of mixed weather conditions.
OPERATION
Smartracker can be configured for several different test combinations:
- Both wheels in air — Standard air test for assessing dry rut resistance
- Both wheels in water — Water testing for simulation of saturated road conditions
- One wheel in air, one in water — Unique opportunity to simultaneously test both environmental conditions in a single test, ideal for simulating roads with varying water levels
The dual-wheel design also enables parallel testing of two different asphalt mixtures under identical conditions, facilitating direct comparisons and reducing test cycle time.
