Product information: The wheel tracker is used to assess the resistance to rutting of asphalt materials under conditions simulating the effects of traffic. A loaded wheel tracks a sample under specified conditions of load, speed and temperature while the development of the rut is continuously monitored during the test. Test specimens can be either slabs prepared with a sector compactor or with drill cores directly from the road.
Model 20-4000 can be used in both air and water.
Integrated computer on the front of the machine for easy monitoring and operation.
