American Sample Dividers (Gilson)

Gilson sample dividers are of the riffle type and divide the sample into two equal, representative sub-samples via a series of channels that direct the material alternately to each side. The units are equipped with a gate-controlled hopper that remains closed until the sample is evenly distributed, ensuring correct and reproducible sample division. Channel widths are adjustable and the units are available for particle sizes up to 50 mm, making them suitable for both laboratory and field use. Complies with ASTM and AASHTO standards.

Enclosed Sample Divider

Our enclosed model has been developed at the request of many laboratories. It is manufactured in stainless steel for easy cleaning and has a slot opening of 40 mm.
