PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Ductilometers are used to determine the distance to which a briquette of molten bitumen can be stretched under controlled conditions before breaking. The system consists of a moving carriage that travels along guide rails and is driven by an electric motor. The tank is equipped with digital thermostat, electric heater, cooling coil for cold water circulation, and pump unit. All models can test up to 3 samples simultaneously.
1) B054 — Ductilometer (Basic)
The classic ductilometer with mechanical tensile force of max 300 N and accuracy ±0.1 N. Suitable for standardized testing according to EN 13398. Supplied without briquette mold and base plate, which are ordered separately.
2) B055-10 — Ductilometer with DAS (Data Acquisition System)
Upgraded version with Cyber Plus Progress data acquisition and processing system and 7-inch color touchscreen. The system performs automatic data acquisition and processing. An electric load cell of 50 N is installed (possibility to install up to 3 cells). USB connection to printer for direct printing of test certificate. Support for USB stick and SD card for unlimited data storage and PC connection.
3) B055-20M — Ductilometer with High-Performance Data Acquisition
Advanced system developed for research and precision measurements. Stepper motor with variable speed range 1–400 mm/min and digital displacement measuring system. An electric load cell of 500 N is installed (possibility to install up to 3 cells). The system records extension in mm, visualizes load/extension diagram, calculates absorbed energy, and performs automatic start positioning. Cyber Plus Progress data acquisition and processing system with touchscreen enables complex test protocols. UTM NET software for data transfer and visualization on PC. Upper glass cover for observation.
