Air jet sieving is suitable for sieving very fine materials that traditional sieve shakers cannot pass through the finest mesh sieves. The machine is suitable for sieving powders and dry products with sieving results between 5 and 4,000 microns.
The technique is based on fine particles being drawn through the fine mesh sieve by a vacuum machine that induces a controlled pressure reduction. The machine is equipped with an automatic cleaning system for the filter cartridge, enabling a large number of tests before it needs to be replaced.
The unit is delivered complete with aspirator, plexiglass lid, filter cartridge and 5 collection plastic bags.
