Corrosion meter

The PM8500 is a corrosion meter, but to correctly assess the measured corrosion values ​​it is important to know the concrete thickness because concrete acts as insulation. Assuming the same corrosion and only 20mm concrete thickness, the PM8500 shows very negative values, e.g. -500 mV, so very strong corrosion. With a concrete thickness of e.g. 60mm will have the same corrosion with e.g. only -150 mV is shown and it is assumed that there is almost no corrosion, which is wrong.
