Freezing and Thawing Cabinet

Programmable Freezing and temperature change cabinet for testing frost resistance.

According to current standards, both aggregate and concrete’s frost resistance must be determined by repeated freezing and thawing. The method can be used for both preliminary examination of concrete and for testing concrete products or concrete from finished structures.

The cabinets are solidly Swedish built in stainless steel. They are equipped with a digital display that shows the cabinet’s internal temperature, an overheating protection and a built-in defrost water dryer.

Fan-forced cooling ensures even temperature throughout the cabinet and quick recovery after door opening. All corners are well rounded on the inside for easy and effective cleaning.

The cabinets are completely freon-free with insulation of CFC-free polyurethane. Standard size is 700 liters with 8 shelves.
