PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Polishing Apparatus consists of two robust test chambers in stainless steel, enabling parallel testing. Each chamber is equipped with a flow regulator for precise control of water supply. Water flow to each chamber is variable from 0 to 4 liters per minute, providing greater control and flexibility.
The apparatus is supplied with interchangeable rubber pads (neoprene) and stainless steel spheres according to ISO 3290. A robust safety locking system ensures CE compliance and safe operation.
CONTROL SYSTEM
Polishing Apparatus is equipped with a PLC-based control system that enables adjustment of:
- Water tank temperature
- Motor rotation speed
- Water flow to each test chamber
The system records data during testing which can be exported to PC via USB stick. A safety system prevents chamber opening until the motor has stopped and water supply is isolated.
