The package contains;
10-2350E, Pressure plate unit with 1-ur measuring bridge according to DIN 18134, consisting of:
– extendable measuring bridge for a measuring dial
– pressure plate diam 300 mm with measuring tunnel
– 1 set of connectable aluminum extensions
– upper ball link with magnet
– precision dial 30 : 0.01 mm
– hydraulic system 100 kN consisting of;
– two-stage hand pump
– 100 kN hydraulic piston
– 2 m hydraulic hose
– precision manometer with measuring ranges 0-290 bar/0-0.8 MN/m² for Ø 300 mm plate

If you want to be able to read force and deformation digitally, you can choose the following “package”;
Digital package (incl., basic package): Force measurement with pressure sensor and load cell (dual system)/Swedish software
Plate loading equipment complete with force measurement with pressure sensor and load cell, transport boxes, cables, chargers etc.,
The digital package includes a measuring computer with installed software and configuration:
Algiz 8X, Field computer 4GB/128GB SSD, Windows 10, Intel pentium, with RS232 module
The advantage of a field computer is that you can print the result in the field if you do not have access to an office computer.
Force reading with pressure transducers has slightly lower precision than with load cells but is within +1%. The advantage of having two force measurement systems is to have one as a backup if something is damaged, e.g. cable break.
