Pycnometers

Pycnometers are used in several different standards.

Pycnometers according to Swedish standard

Standard pycnometer, glass, outer diameter 140 mm

As standard, the pycnometers are supplied with a flat glass lid and metal clamp

The Swedish pycnometers also have so-called suction lids for determining compact density by vacuum. The suction lids are available with a cast spout (for connecting a vacuum hose), or with NS grinding and stopper.

Pycnometers according to EN 1097-6 etc

Glass pycnometers for the EN standard come in sizes 500 – 1000 – 2000 ml, and have a ground-in stopper (neck).
